Women and Men Communicate Differently The process of neo-Liberal dogmas, such as celebration of diversity and elimination of sexism, being showed up peoples throats, brought about a situation, when employment policies correspond less and less to the objective reality of interaction between genders at workplace. Men and women are expected to execute their professional duties with the same efficiency, because hawks of political correctness think that difference between genders is strictly physiological. However, as practice shows, it is not only the fact that women wear skirts that differentiates them from their pants wearing counterparts, but also their lesser ability to operate with abstract categories, within a context of them utilizing their sense of logic. The reason is simple women cannot fully disassociate themselves from their sexuality, because their physiology prevents them from living their lives other then in the state of constant sexual tension. This is the reason why majority of women become sexually aroused, as a result of simply being touched, for example. We can say that their whole bodies act as one big sexual organ.
On the other hand, sexual arousal for men can be compared to a rush, which goes away, after being scratched. Unlike women, men can easily dissociate mentally from their genitals, which allows them to excel in abstract theorising. In its turn, this lays preconditions for men to choose in favour of doing what is necessary, rather then what it feels like. Every responsible employer needs to be fully aware of this fact, in order to be able to insure organizational effectiveness. Women are better suited for jobs that require emotional intelligence, such as teachers, public relations representatives and fashion designers, because these jobs allow women to take advantage of their acute sense of anomalistic intuition. However, professions that require a complete intellectual commitment, on the part of employees, such as engineers or computer programmers, are better suited for men or for women who should have been born as men (feminists).
The fact that men and women communicate differently simply reflects the inner workings of their mind. Therefore, we can only laugh at pathetic attempts of Liberal wackos to turn America into some sort of egalitarian utopia, while striving to actually defy the laws of nature.
