A billionaire, John Hammond has created a technique to clone dinosaurs. He has a team of scientists and experts who extract DNA and are able to grow dinosaurs in labs. They lock them up on an island behind electrified fences. He has created theme park on the island which is located off the west coast of Costa Rica.
The island is called Isla Nuclear. He plans to have the entire planet come and visit his wondrous marvels. He asks a group of scientists from several different fields to come and view the park. All goes as planned until the computer programmer named Dennis Near shuts down all security. He does this in order to steal 30 genetic made dinosaur embryos.
He made a mistake by doing this. He let the dinosaurs free. The whole island goes berserk with dinosaurs which are accidently able to reproduce, and most of the people who went to the island were eaten by dinosaurs. Finally, a few people including Alan Grant and Ellie Satler get off the island safely.
In the end, the Costa Rican government blows up the entire island Ellie Satler was a graduate student under Alan Grant. Her specialty is paleobotany. She travels to Jurassic Park along with Grant. She is extremely bright, and she knows volumes about prehistoric plants. Another thing that Ellie did was comfort people.
