Something to Change The effective work of organization depends on many factors. One of them is effective regulating of companys work, including allocation of responsibilities. Effective allocation of responsibilities between the members of organization guarantees more effective combination of efforts and, as a result, the profitability of organization. My current boss relies on me too much and does not make other co-workers to do their job properly. My current boss doesnt use the methods of effective collaboration between the workers and prefers to rely on a few people to hold the company together. Such approach is quire erroneous as few employees have to fix a lot of things that gone at work or co-workers do not well or mess up. As a result of this, a part of employees has to work till late at night, whereas other workers do merely nothing. The decision I propose is to change my current boss.

He will effectively use team building based on equal allocation of duties and responsibilities between the workers. Implementation of team work practices will be very important for the effectiveness of our company. The new boss, as a leader of our working team, will be able to develop, determine and control the strategic goals of the company. He will control the process of our work, centralize power and structure the work of subordinates.

He will not give the workers too much freedom in their decisions as all workers will be committed to the goal defined by our new boss. A new model of team work will not admit situations where a few people complete the major part of work. The members of the team will be committed to a common goal and work together to achieve the aim. The discipline, controlled by our new boss, will require equal allocation of responsibilities.

Although not all workers in our company have necessary skills and abilities, together we are able to make a joint effort that is much greater than the sum of their parts. At the same time, the members will share responsibilities and insistently develop new skills to improve the work. Our current boss doesnt understand that working in a team means to unite the efforts to reach the goal instead of completing the job by one or two members. Shared responsibilities helps to enhance productivity and never result in burn-outs. The new boss will teach the workers how to unite efforts in order to solve isolated problems in the most effective way. He will show that the team starts with a dialogue between its members.

A real team work means thinking together and develops the cooperation between the employees. An effective team work resembles a model of society with general idea of collaboration, cooperation, shared vision and understanding. The integrity of the company will involve such core values as compassion, trust, integrity, understanding, demand for excellence, constant learning and improvement of service, concern to the customers and effective collaboration with community inspired actions and behavior of the employees. Such approach will inevitably result in enhanced effectiveness of organization and will implement the best strategic solution for our company. I consider that the new person in the role of our new boss will be able to reach this aim, in contrast to the current boss.
