Once upon a time, there was a town called D-town. IT was the home of all the gods of the ATL, the leading state in Fruitoria, the land of milk and homes. The people in Fruitoria enjoyed a higher standard of living than any other group of people in the world because the Atlien, the god of the whole world, originated from Fruitoria, the D-Town to be exact, and showed extreme favoritism upon these people. The Atlien had personally assigned his favorite cousin, Supacris, to look over and protect D-town from any jealous enemies that might try to destroy the most beautiful city and people in all the land. From day one, Supacris had his work cut out for him. Not only did the Atlien take this job, very seriously, but he also promised to severely punish anyone who failed to live up to his standards.

The Atlien requires the leader of D-town to instruct his citizens to follow the strict guidelines that have been set before them. For thousands of years, the citizens of D-town followed these rules, but lately, things changed. Supacris will call upon his great leadership skills to return his fellow D-townland to their former state. For Supacris and his fellow gods of the ATL, life was good because the citizens had been committed to keeping their morals, as the gods asked. However, for some unapparent reason, the citizens of the ATL took a turn for the worst. They started partying all night and became lazy.

Many of the men and women slacked off on their jobs and the kids refused to attend school. Churches that were once jam-packed were now near empty. The gods were dumfound ed. What caused the citizens to blatantly disobey the strict rules that were in place for them? While all the other gods sat around dumbfounded, Supacris decided to leave his colonial style castle to visit the people of D-town, to see if they will find it in their hearts to clean up their act before the Atlien becomes angry and punishes them all. As Supacris rode his chariot through the streets, he saw streets that were once spotless now cluttered with trash.

He saw beautiful homes destroyed. He saw many people who were once working standing around conversing. Supacris decided to call an important town meeting that night. He hoped the people would listen to him and clean up their act before it is too late.

At the town meeting, Supacris got right to the point. He told the civilians they were living like slobs, and they would lose their position with the Atlien if they continued their reckless behavior. Many of the older members of the town seemed concerned, but the majority said they were having the best time of their lives, and the rules were only set to keep them in bondage. Supacris pleaded to his people to straighten up, but they left refused to change. Soon after the meeting, the Atlien had seen enough. He sent a bolt of lightning down on D-town, and roared so the whole town could hear his voice.

I HAVE SHOWN FAVOR UPON YOU PEOPLE FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS! ! ! he roared. ALL I ASK IS FOR YOU TO OBEY MY SIMPLE RULES, BUT SINCE YOU CANNNOT, YOU SHALL BE PUNISHED WITH ETERNAL DARKNESS! ! ! All of a sudden, all light in the town was shut out, even the sun. The people who were at one time partying and living carefree were now crying and screaming in fear. Do something!

the people screamed to Supacris, You are our leader. Make the Atlien give us light again. The people begged and begged, and Supacris decided that he would have to make the voyage to the home of the Atlien to see what he could do. Supacris began his travel to the home of the Atlien. The Atlien lives on the Southwest side of the ATL, where only he and his fifty beautiful servants live in a castle equivalent to thirty mansions. Supacris must make the journey through many other lands to get to the Southwest.

He first passed thorough Stone Mountain, which looked more like a jungle than a town. The people of this town lived in tribes, and hunted wild cheetahs and gazelles for food. He also passed through College Park, and East Point, where the people and cities were not nearly as advanced as the city of D-town. It was then that he realized how much his town was favored over other towns. Seeing this, he was more determined than ever to come through for his fellow D-townland.

He continued to make his voyage; it will be another two days before he reached the home of the Atlien. On the fifteenth day of his travels, Supacris finally reached the home of the Atlien. He prepared to enter, and when he did, he was met by the giant, monstrous-looking being. Whats happening, cousin?

said Supacris. Who are you? replied the Atlien confused. You dont remember me!

said Supacris in an upset tone, Im Supacris, your cousin. You appointed me leader of D-town many years ago. Suddenly, everything returned to the Atlien. I do remember! How could you let the people of my town become savages!

the Atlien shouted angrily. Supacris explained to him that he begged the people to shape up, but they refused. He begged the Atlien to forgive the people and to give them another chance. The Atlien surprisingly agreed, but under one condition; Supacris would have to survive four rounds in a mortal kombat tournament without losing. Supacris was stunned by this proposition, but he decided that he must do it for his people. Under such short notice, Supacris had no time to prepare before he had to compete in his first fight.

His first opponent was Archie, a young fighter from the Westside ATL. This was his first bout as a professional, so he would be easy for Supacris to handle. The match was easy, with Supacris killing Archie with a quick heart removal and crack of the neck. The next round would be a three-way match, consisting of Supacris, Big Boi, and Dre 3000. Big Boi and Dre 3000 were known to be some of the best from the ATL, and Supacris would have his hands full with this match. The match was in the middle of a concrete ring surrounded by fire.

Dre 3000 and Big Boi decided to begin by teaming up on Supacris. Unable to fight off two of the Atl's best, Supacris went down early, but refused to surrender. Supacris decided to assume his possum-form. Since Big Boi and Dre 3000 thought Supacris was dead, they began to fight each other. They battled to the very end. Big Boi attempted to throw Dre 3000 into the fire, but one wrong move allowed Dre 3000 to counter the move and throw Big Boi into the fire.

Thinking he had won, Dre 3000 began to prance and dance around the ring. Supacris suddenly jumped up and pushed him into the fire. Supacris had survived to the second round. Supacris then drew a female competitor by the name of Rasheeda. An Eastside ATL native, she was a well-trained fighter who had been tops in the female fighting for many years. She had also been known to beat many of the Atl's top men.

Supacris was a little uncomfortable about fighting a woman, but he knew he must fight her to the death for his people. At the beginning of the match, Rasheeda came out hot, knocking Supacris to the ground and attempting to knock him onto the forty-foot high metal spike below the elevated ring. Supacris was able to use his strength against the weaker Rasheeda to regain his footing and fight her off. She rapidly attacked him again and knocked him to the ground. Supacris, stunned by her ability, could only dodge and duck as she fiercely kicked and punched at him.

Supacris quickly grabbed the woman and threw her to the ground. She sprang up like a cat and attempted to kick him, but he grabbed her foot and launched her out of the ring. He watched as she fell onto the spikes to her death. Supacris had completed three rounds of kombat without too much trouble, but he knew he must face the Atlien himself, for the Atlien must draw blood to atone for the sins of the people. The Atlien stormed into the ring, and with his powers transformed it into the ultimate kombat ring, with hotter fire and sharper metal spikes. The fight began as the Atlien grabbed Supacris and threw him to the ground with the force of an earthquake.

This was the most pain Supacris had felt throughout the tournament. He slowly got up and escaped the grasp of the Atlien. He suddenly saw a sword around the ring. He grabbed it and attempted to chop the Atlien down to size. The sword was useless. Supacris was dumfound ed.

He knew that he could only try to escape the grasp of the Atlien. The fight continued for two straight days. The Atlien attempted to grab and suffocate Supacris, but Supacris continued to dodge him. At the end of the second day, Supacris began to sweat blood. The Atlien was satisfied and claimed victory. Even though Supacris did not win, the Atlien decided to make a deal with him.

Instead of eternal darkness, he will make only half of each day dark. This is how night and day came about.
