When people are born, there are factors that drive them into a direction of sorts. A father figure may push athletic ability while a mother leans towards education and understanding. In the case of a young boy, many times he grows to have an enormous will to compete for anything. If one were to put two grown lads in front of a dart board with all the right elements, there is no doubt a show can be seen. When two guys a remixed with certain factors, those being darts, a few rounds of beer, some music from the jukebox, and that smoky haze that fills a bar, magic starts to take place.

At first there is temptation from the antagonist. It usually comes in the form of armory from days of yore or an off the shoulder remark that is expected to spark a rebuttal. Once this formality has served it s purpose the game is on. The game starts attends in completely different ways.

At the beginning both opponents are fiercely driven to pound each other to the ground, so to speak. While at the conclusion of the game both pray to higher powers to let themselves or their rival obtain that last bullseye to put and to their pathetic performance of throwing darts at a piece of cork that hangs from thrall. While the determination at these two points in the game are extremely view worthy, the true eye candy is for the middle of the battle. After the initial draw towards victory has subsided, it is only then when the two actually enjoy their company by joking at each other and themselves. As the yeast and barley start in leave an imprint on their breath, and the music takes over their hands and feet into a tapping frenzy. The tension and strife of the competition is rubbed out of their minds until it is only a game between friends.

With nothing at stake, there is a small place in both their minds that stores this memory into their brains in the happiness region where it will resurface when called upon for times of smiling and laughter. Now the only set back to the beer is that it tends to give off a false illusion of capabilities. At this point, the two can add their own special rules to the game such as keeping one hand onthe board while the other is tossing his dart. Isn t that dangerous, of course it is. Ask any NASCAR fan what they would want to see in a race, and nine out of ten are going to saya nice big wreck. Well why can t our two be seen in the same light if they want to become heroes in the eyes of their fans or whoever may be watching.

Unfortunately forthe viewing pleasure of the fans of distance hand piercing, no such bad luck was available on the eve of this game. With all respect to self-inflicted danger, there were some close calls, but if these two shared the same traits as ducks and geese, their evening out would have included much more than memories of fun and laughter. Perhaps a nice frantic drive to the local emergency room at the nearest hospital. Could one picture it Hey Bill, you remember when we were throwing darts at that one bar, and you ended up lodging your dart in my left index finger right in the center of my knuckle?

That doctor said he had never seen anything like that before. Regardless to the newly implemented obstacles that these two impose on themselves, the game continues on as a risky, joyful, and intoxicated evening. As the end of the game draws near, more later than sooner, theta edge toward victory in a snail-like fashion that could make anybody think that there better at the game of darts compared to these two sots. As conclusion comes to thegame at the speed of the slow motion replays that can be witnessed when watching major league sports on television, it occurs to the two sportsmen that neither one of them could possibly win the game from skill at this point in their game. With both waiting for lady luck to come and grace them with her visit, it dawns upon them that it is not even worth stepping up to the throwing line of the floor, because luck is the only thing that will put anale to this game. Awaiting on luck, both decide that if luck is coming, they might aswell wait for it from their bar stools because both know that lady luck is not picky in the manner of where she strikes, but only who she alights upon.

As with all endings, a conclusion is bound by nature to come about, and one of the two gamers that looked tobe at great ease and comfort due to the offerings provided to him by the establishment of yeast and barley, hits pot luck as the soaring missile like-like metal projectile cuts through the wafting nicotine and ever lasting dust in the air. The dart plummets into the object of his mild attention. With much astonishment to the observer, neither of the two became boisterous. To some extent, the two actually became more inclined to resume their consumption of beer, the driving factor that drew them to the bar in the first place. In fact, it almost seemed as though they were making up for the lack of attention their mugs received during the game.

The mixture that blends all of these things into occurrence could be attributed today things. Some people could say that their father was a sports fanatic, while others might want to blame a lack of morals in the family in response to a display public of that sort. In the end, this observer has made an opinion that these two darting extremists were search of one thing and one thing only, to have a good time
