My 20 Interests and Analysis Among all hobbies and activities there are several things I like most of all. Probably, one can say that Im quite active person and I like going in for sports. I like playing football, basketball, hockey and volleyball. I like playing these games because I adore command kinds of sport. In these games you feel responsibility for the people you are playing together. They rely on you and you have to use all your five senses: sight, hearing, touch, scent, and taste.
When you play these games, you have to use sight in order to determine where the rivals are located, you feel every part of your body when you move, you touch the ball, you feel the taste of victory or defeat... it seems that you even smell the air of the game: it is so thick that it seems you cut it by you motions when you strike the ball, when you dribble or kick the ball into the goal. I also like playing lawn tennis, ping-pong and I like a free-style wrestling because I like the feeling of competition. It is a kind of duel where the strongest wins. You have to move faster, to notice every motion of your competitor and to react very fast.
Your response should be exact and immediate because each delay imposes a threat to your victory. Some people say that I have a well-developed intuition because I often win. It is not true for 100 percent because I simply try to associate myself with my competitor in order to feel his style of behavior and to guess beforehand what he is going to do. I adore taking part in long-distance race, sprint and obstacle course because I like the feeling of motion. When you run, you see the faces of spectators and those who cheer you up. You hear encouraging screams that make you move faster and faster that force you finishing first.
Amateur car-racing, motorcycling and driving a car bring me almost the same feelings. They can be compared only to horseback riding, where you conquer not a metal pile of a motorcycle or a car, but an animal that is much stronger than you are. I like parachute jumps. Several times per month I go to a sport camp where I jump with a parachute from a small plane or helicopter. It is an amazing feeling when you fly over the city, get a bird's-eye view of all these streets, buildings, monuments, passing uptown, fly up to the field outside the city and, finally, the instructor command: Move! . You jump and while you are flying, you have a tremendous feeling of your strength and power.
You feel that you are so insignificant and paltry confronted with nature you conquer it and each jump is a small victory over yourself. I like dancing because when I dance I feel absorbed by the music, all these moves, steps, motions, and pas make you feel swing open and dissolved in rash and impetuous sound of dance. In order to be successful at my dancing lessons, when I think, I try to reproduce in my mind each movement and feeling that I felt during the dance. It helps me to memorize all details. I like to play computer games, to draw and to design something. Actually, I like everything I do where my hands are busy with something.
For example, I like to work by my hands and to make something useful from wooden planks, metal parts and other things. One of my friends taught me how to construct small models and I feel very proud when I manage to make exact copy of some well-known building. I like sports and other activities mostly because they give me a feeling of self-reliance. They teach me a system approach to everything I do.
They give me a stimulus to overcome difficulties and, when I gain a victory over myself, I feel proud. Actually, all my hobbies affect mostly two senses: sight and feeling. I can tell that I get major part of information from the outer world with the help of my body. They teach me to set something as my aim and give me strength to complete the tasks.
When I get results, I start to enjoy doing all these difficult things because they teach me enjoying every moment of my life and feeling the taste of victory.
