Breast Implantation is a surgery being done across America within 40 % of all women. Thought women do know that this surgery can be very dangerous, the effects are often being ignored. Most women have the want for a larger bust size, and enhanced cleavage. With doctors now saying implantation is a simple surgery and very affective, more women throughout America are now choosing to get the surgery done.

There are many new ways to enhance the bust size of a woman, yet breast implantation is still the most common method being used. Breast implantation is a surgery that can be done to increase breast size. It can be used for many other situations, like when women have breast cancer they can be given breasts. When women get breast cancer they can have a vasectomy, which is a surgical procedure that can be done to remove the breast. Women that have had a vasectomy choose to have a breast implant surgery, which are bags of silicone gel, saltwater, and many other fillings.

Breast implants are useful in many ways, but can be dangerous as well. Many people have different opinions on Breast Implantation. Many people think that breast implants are a big risk that should not be taken is women. Doctors have also make the procedure less painful, by cutting the skin and fat only and leaving the muscle in tact (Obrian, 1999, pp. 7 - 9). Which makes the recovery time less then usual. Doctors have changed the surgery in many ways to make people more comfortable when getting the procedure done. Cleavage is more easily created with the bags now (Berman, 1978, p. 6). This procedure had been more successful with all the changes the doctors have made. So now people can think positive about what is going to be done to them (Jordan, 1992).

The breast implantation surgery is a very scary procedure if people dont know what could happen. There are many ways for this surgery to go wrong but then again it can work out fine. After the procedure takes place you have to go back every month to get injections into your bags. The chemicals they inject can make you breast implants more camouflaged (Obrian, 1999, p. 3). You can even talk to the doctor about putting more chemicals to make your breast move up a size or two.

If the patient has to many injections done to them the bag could possibly bust. That is when all the diseases come in to play. I believe if people want to get breast implants they should be informed about all the consequences that could happen if the surgery is to go wrong. I think people could be happy with what god gave them, No one is perfect no matter how many surgeries you get. The only thinking that matters, is the way you are in the inside. If you side to get breast implants you should do some research on what is going to happen, what could happen, and the consequences if anything happens to go wrong (Wesley, 1991, pp. 2 - 3).

I really dont agree with plastic surgery but if I were to get breast cancer and get a vasectomy I would probably get breast implants. I would have to do some research and se what could happen, for my own good. So before you go and do anything that you might regret do some research on everything, for you own good (Jordan, 1992).
