... t to do in an emergency situation in case a student brings a gun to school. The staff members must not yell and be mean to kids for little things and they need to grade fairly to every student in the school. Staff members must show no favorites over students and treat them all with the same respect.

Everyone should understand the warning signs of a troubled child. We need to have ourselves adopt a school (12 things the rest of us can do 1). We must take steps to maintain order, demonstrate respect and care for each other and get help for troubled children (Dwyer 4). We need to understand that students typically exhibit many warning signs of bringing a weapon to school, hurting another student or staff member. We need to make a plan for children who have been abused or neglected by a parent.

We also need to develop a link to the community to help each other improve the school (12 things the rest of us can do 5). The staff members, students, parents, and members of the community must take part in creating a safe and happy school environment. We need to identify the problems and access progress toward the solution problem, that one may have toward a subject. The students need to be taught to focus on their academic achievements. Students need to act like adults and learn what being an adult is all about. Families need to involve each other in many different useful ways to show the students that they are loved and cared for.

Showing students how to be the best citizen can be by having them helping out others that are in need of help. Stop racism and stereotyping. We have to be aware of the violent 1 t students in our school. One way to tell a violent student is by their feelings and actions.

Students have a feeling of being abused and isolated from others and have a past history of a mean and violent behavior. Have rages for just minor reasons at other students (Dwyer 11). Have expressions of violence in his or her writings and drawings. Have the feeling of rejection all the time of their life. If students in the school come in after getting in fight and are all beat up can be a very good symptom of a student that will bring a weapon to school to get even with the person that is beat him or her up. If a student dresses like they are gangsters and act like one.

They would be a person to watch out for, because they are known to do criminal things in and off of school grounds. If a person can not control their anger they might be bring a gun to school. If a students have a very low school interest and have poor academic achievement they feel like they have nothing to lose if they bring a gun to school. A student that has a prejudicial attitude over other people could injure or kill another person just because of being different. There are also many more symptoms of violent students.

If a student has easy access, possession, or use of any kind a weapon used to kill someone can be a high risk of bringing one of the weapons to school and hurt other students or staff members. Students that use alcohol and drugs can be violent if they can not get a hold of what they want (Dwyer 10). If a student is chronically hitting objects may hit a student. If a student is intimidating to other students and have a bully attitude can cause one to hurt another.

If a student has been involved with other crimes that the police have prosecuted them for could end up so mad at the police that they will take it our on the students in the school. Withdraws from social contact can be an important indication of a troubled child that might hurt someone. If a student has an affiliation with a gang he or she will hurt someone to show off to other gang members. Person that is being constantly picked may feel need for violence. A student that is teased may also feel the need for violence. If a person is bullied he or she will probably try to get revenge in some way.

A student that becomes humiliated may try to hurt the person that humiliated him. Person that destroys property of the school or other property and causes sever damage can show that the person is not happy about something or someone. We need to stop all of this violence in our school systems today and the future. If we do not do anything to stop all of this violence the violence will never stop and will become worse than it is now. School violence effects the way students perform in school, hurts many students, so we got to show the solution to stop the violence and teach the awareness of violent kids in our schools. If we do all of that we should be able end all of this school violence.
