Set between 1932 - 35 it follows the lives of the finch family, Atticus, Jem, Scout and loyal and one of the few educated African-Americans of that time Calpurnia.
Cal is the faithful house servant. Atticus is the local defence attorney and is asked to defend a? Black Man? Tom Robinson who is accused of raping a local white girl in her own home. This book teaches every person who reads it their own faults in which we all have fallen into and continue to fall into on a daily basis which we commit against other people around us in the community This book will continue to have relevant topics forever even when they have been combated against as the will be an ever valuable resource for the youth of tomorrow to look upon the mistakes of the generation before them and to not make the mistakes that we made.
