Beneath the present economy, there lies an untapped wealth of energy that can lead to the countrys economic prosperity and stability in the future.

In the case of a ratified Kyoto Protocol, Kuwait would definitely not be hard hit, because of the number of vehicles. Kuwait is not a huge consumer of oil, but rather a huge producer of oil products. If Kuwait oil were to be dispersed across the country, Kuwait would have no problem rejecting Kyoto.
