I am student, just as all of you in here are. Now is the time to think about what we want to make of our lives, how we will spend them. There are many options and some of them might seem unreachable. He believed that the key was reducing government spending and the huge deficits that occurred in the federal budget each year because government spending exceeded its revenues. Because the government borrowed money to offset the deficit, it reduced the amount of money available for private investment.
Therefore, businesses could obtain capital only at high rates of interest, which discouraged investment and expansion. In order for America to be successful, some new reforms had to be implemented this was exactly what Bill Clinton did. A.
Clinton was a good president because of many things. First of all, he kept the promises he has given to his electors as to the domestic policy. Secondly, education and other social spheres became stronger than they were before him. The economical climate in the country became much more favorable. This list can go much further. Clinton was a president of a new age.
Many of the things he proposed were not accepted because of human fear of the new. B. One of the most controversial sides of Clintons administration is his negligence of a national security issues. It should be remembered, however, that being a remarkable negotiator, he managed to maintain peace even with nations that can hardly be called our friends. CONCLUSION Many more arguments can be found to prove that Bill Clinton was a good president. He showed that no matter what your background is you can become a person you want to become, especially in a great country like ours. A. The future is in our hands and even if we all will not become presidents, we can still make it better for future generations and ourselves. B. We need to be objective in our judgments. People have a right to be wrong, and if we let someones small mistakes to overweight the good things that they have done in our minds this is not objective. Presidents have to be judged upon what they have done for the country and not by all the details of their personal lives. C. He really was one of the most popular US presidents and his popularity went far beyond the national borders.
Clinton established a reputation of America being a great nation around the world, lifted the economy and simply improved the lives of millions of people.
