American Government I am, as a concerned citizen, would like to receive a comprehensible answer about when the American fiscal policy is going to be brought back to sanity. Our national debt has reached $ 8. 417 trillion in this month, which means that every American carries a burden of government debt of $ 27. 749 dollars, as it is out of our pockets that the government pays its foreign bills. The enforcement of multiculturalism, the government's assault of people's civil freedom, the ever increasing class stratification in this country all these things are the indicators of the fact that this is only the matter of time, before our nation will lose its original essence. Therefore, I don't have an illusion of having my question replied to, as I'm quite sure that U.

S. senators now are much more concerned about winning more votes, at the next elections, than about defending the well-being of their fellows citizens. I understand that the political quarrels take the bulk of senators' time, living them with very little opportunity to actually work on behalf of Americans. So, let me help you a bit, in this respect, by pointing out to what needs to be done, to make U. S. budget more or less balanced.

The most fundamental reason why U. S. foreign debt increases every year is the fact that American currency is not backed up by gold, since 1971, and American monetary system is being controlled by private organization - The Federal Reserve. Since the end of World War 2, the American economic growth relied on stimulation of production by infusions of more and more cash. Every time, when the accumulation of too much of green paper, within the America, would threaten its economy, the U. S.

government would simply get rid of it, in form of various foreign grants, like Marshall plan. But the concept of Globalism is based on the principle of free money circulation. With the American industrial companies moving their production lines to a Third World countries, it becomes increasingly difficult for the government to execute an effective control over American economy. Basically, the principle of Globalism is simple let rich get richer and poor get poorer. In the matter of very short time, there are going to be no people left in this country, who would be willing to work. America will turn into the nation of bureaucrats.

But we have to remember that the bureaucrat has no other goal then enriching himself, even at the expense of next generations being forced to pay for it. It already started happening the government keeps borrowing money, while knowing that some other people would have to deal later with an accumulated debt. The matter would not be quite as bad, if borrowed money were spent on improving the lives of ordinary Americans. Instead, the government simply throws money in the air, by providing aid to God forsaken countries like Haiti, Somalia or Burundi. Doug Bandow in his article Foreign Waste Disguised as Aid says: In 1996, the UN declared that 70 countries, aid recipients all, were poorer than in 1980. An incredible 43 were worse off than in 1970.

Between 1971 and 1994, Haiti received $ 3. 1 billion and Somalia collected $ 6. 2 billion. Both nations ended up in chaos and under U. S. military occupation (Bandow).

According to recent surveys, 80 % of Americans do not want to see the tax money being thrown into the black hole of Africa, or any other hole, for that matter. Why is the U. S. government acts contrary to the wishes of majority of people in America?

Also, I would like to ask, since when the Liberal commies, in our government, are automatically assumed to be the great experts, when it comes to designing American social policies? It is because of them that the 12 million of illegals, living in this country, receive free medicare, without contributing to this country well-being. I personally feel robbed by my own government, which spends money to help those that came here to break our laws. Our welfare system became the subject of jokes throughout the world. Government gives free money to social parasites, who simply don't want to work or even learn English. Yet, the working men are being heavily taxed.

This madness has to stop. If American government cannot act any longer, as a servant of people, it has to be removed. According to Council for Citizens Against Government Waste, there are currently 150 absolutely pointless Federal programs are being subsidized by taxpayers' money. For example, $ 750. 000 are going to be spent this year on publishing materials, related to the black history moth.

The museum of Chinese pottery in Irving, California gets $ 75. 000 from the Federal Government to acquire exhibition items. But this, is nothing, comparing to how money are being wasted by U. S. Ministry of Defence. According to Brian Riedl from the Heritage Foundation: A recent audit revealed that between 1997 and 2003, the Defense Department purchased and then left unused approximately 270, 000 commercial airline tickets at a total cost of $ 100 million. Even worse, the Pentagon never bothered to get a refund for these fully refundable tickets (Riedl).

This goes to show how much our bureaucrats are concerned about being an efficient servants to the people. The last issue, I would like to address in this letter, is inefficiency of our Medicare system. Medicare pays 8 times more for the same medications, comparing to other Federal agencies. I guess the answer to this is blowing in the air, just like the answers to other questions that American citizens would like to ask their representatives. We hear never ending complaints about the lack of nurses in this country. About how important it is to care for elderly.

Yet, there is almost nothing is being done to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, besides poorly designed TV ads. It seems that our Medicare system is over focused on providing a comfortable living to the old people, who do not benefit society in any way, but who, nevertheless, have the voting power. This is totally inappropriate practice. There are many examples of government's fiscal inefficiency. But it would be wrong to think that if some aspects of government's spending policy are being brought back to sanity, it would immediately help America to reduce its foreign debt. There is a saying: The fish begins to rot from its head.

There is no doubt in my mind that all of the top executives in U. S. government should be removed from their offices. As history shows, the young idealist amateurs were able to revive the economies of many countries, after they took over the political power.
