A Favorite Place I Like to Spend Time Sometimes, when I feel tired and exhausted, I need a place for relaxation. Although there are many places, where one can feel relaxed, such as reading in a library with a cup of coffee, or sitting in a comfortable chair, covered with a cozy warm rug, holding a cup of fresh hot tea with scents of flowers, herbs, and jasmine and looking through the window, where sticky raindrops are falling down slowly on the window, or little white snowflakes dancing in a whimsical dance at the frosty air, most of all I like to spend time somewhere near the ocean, at the seaside or simply on the beach. It seems that the ocean is the only power able to relax and to make you stronger at the same time. The water brings me the feeling of relaxation and rest. It allows me to put all my troubles away, to get rid of stresses, and to accumulate new powers. Probably, this is the reason, why the ocean and the sea are the preferable places, where I can really feel relaxed.
Indeed, the ocean and the water itself is a strong power, a powerful natural force that attracts people from time immemorial. Sitting near the ocean, the river, the sea, or somewhere at the lake, feeling fresh breeze, salty water, looking at the waves or calm water - this is the only thing able to relax. Strange enough, but many people consider the ocean to be something difficult to understand, something mysterious and un perceivable, and something nobody can accept as it is. People are scared of its strong power, but it seems that I am an exception to the rule. It is a real pleasure to find oneself near the ocean and to feel its amazing power and you will understand that it is really worthwhile. It is difficult to describe all the feelings you feel while standing at the shore and looking into an endless horizon line, when seagulls are shouting, the sailor boats are crossing smooth marine line and fishes are playing in the waves.
Indeed, it is very difficult to describe the extent of the beatitude you feel, as you are in the seventh heaven, but anyone can feel the same and share your feelings. As for me, there is no significant difference between the place, where I like to relax and spend time. The very feeling of the power of water, the power of natural force is beyond everything. Places, beaches, shores, coasts, - all these is not very important, as you should remember that the very place is simply an exterior, while much more important is to be completely devoted to the amazingly attracting water, waves, and freedom.
The vast majority of people go to the beach in order to swim and to get a tan. However, I like both to swim and to stare at the waves, to feel the power of the ocean and to meditate over the fresh air and screams of the seagulls. The ocean or the sea is the place where one can get rest not only while laying on the beach and having tan. You can do a lot of things, such as furrowing the seas and oceans, catching the wind by your sail, conquering the waves with all sails set, swimming, diving, and many other things that make you feel good.
The ocean and the sea are the right places for meditation. The coastal landscapes appease and pacify, the sound of waves lapping calms you, and the atmosphere is full of energy and power. You can go to the coast shortly before the sunset, and richness and brightness of colors, red sunset, and the ocean that becomes darker and darker until it completely dissolves in the darkness of the upcoming night will make you love the ocean and awake the desire to come here again and over again.
