Title Paper 3 Abstract: Present education system focuses over trade, transition, terrorism and technology. It stands miles away from the practicality of human society. Same students of today will hold responsible and decisive chairs of tomorrow. If their roots were not irrigated with that liquid of equality how we can expect them to value everyone equally at least for humanity sake. Such debatable topics have always stood like a corner stone. It is not that social reformers have never thought of this class of people.

For example leaders like Abraham London and Mahatma Gandhi have tried most and best to uplift this class of people in our society to a level of equality. mahatma Gandhi (father of nation and most important leader of Indian independence) classified this group as people of god (Horizon in hindi) and chose to wear himself only a piece of cloth for whole of his life, only as a mark of respect and concern for this class of people whose condition and their recognition in our developed society is almost same throughout the globe. Nevertheless, we often forget that in absence of this class and their contribution to society will leave this planet the most unhygienic and filthy place to live upon. Just imagine, for a day the garbage was not removed, the toilets were not cleaned, which work can progress if it would have really happened any day.

Therefore, if we really speculate their importance then we will come to know that their jobs resemble motherhood, who prepares a clean bed for this so called high class developed society to work in a clean environment. Human societies have always been a very selfish civilization. We learn from history but only that which suits our needs. But where do we really stand? Present human society lacks bond. There is no emotional bondage between people. People running faster than time have no thought over such issues. The complex curriculum, work loads, commercial deals, foreign affairs, nuclear issues and politics had surrounded our mind in such a way that it has taken human away from its own species.

After our all efforts and attempts to excel in most sophisticated and un searched areas, we have failed in realizing selves. The present education system in America has completely blurred the insight. There is a big dark screen drawn to stop human from understanding other human. Constant emphasis has been placed on nuclear ization. We think of its advantages but we forgot how it leads to isolation: isolation of the mind, the sole, the thought and humanity.

If a person does not know about his grand father, how can he bother to know about a garbage picker, an attender or a toilet cleaner? Human relationships start at our own dining tables. More we share in blood relatives, more we give importance to others as well. It has ignored many people, classes and social groups who keep this planet arranged and cleaned. They make our roads that we drive, they do everything which keeps us survive. The primary concept in American education lies in the belief in capitalism.

Faith in capitalism was restored and had won back those who might otherwise have looked for more radical, anti-business solutions. The main difference between American and European societies is that the American working class is built upon the principle of immigration. Any combined class consciousness resulting in industrial action could be quashed by industrialists simply employing new workers from the plentiful supply of new immigrants, those purely looking for wages in their adopted country. Where the solution lies? The solution of whole problem lies in restructuring of the present education system.

It should be practical in nature. It must teach to look at our surroundings before we look over other planets. It must consist of policies based on intricate human bondage based on understanding, equality and liberalization. In simple words present education system should emphasize performance of ones duty and protection of the rights of others. Every person should respect all the member of his society who has different job natures, with affection, renouncing his pride and pleasure, keeping in mind the welfare and convenience of others. Self interest is the route of quarrels, wrangles and disquietude in the society.

The person who has a longing for his own comfort is an individual rather than a member of society. Our education system must emphasize a person to think of the welfare of all the members, irrespective of their job classes, and do well to them. Therefore he who instead of wrangles want quietude in the society must perform a duty to do good to every one, honor all and provide equal opportunities to all. Present education system is examination oriented. Its success depends on the assessment it makes.

The need of the hour is the moral education which is urgent at both levels, formal and informal. No body cares for a sermon on non-smoking if the preacher is a confirmed smoker. Similarly policies drafted in papers would remain decorate of governments files. The renaissance would occur when the educated group spends some time bare feet in mingling these classes, educating them and making them aware of their importance in society.

Our policies must direct over their needs and having them know that how important they are in building the whole society and therefore they deserve equal importance and incentives as well.
