Throughout the history, the increased levels of verbal and physical rudeness in society corresponded to such society becoming culturally marginalized. In its turn, such marginalization comes as logical result of citizens beginning to think of celebrating diversity as their foremost priority. In contemporary America, people are being taught that, since we live in multicultural society, it is perfectly natural for the citizens to explore all the aspects of their ethnic uniqueness. However, very often, such endorsement results in newly arrived immigrants, from Third World countries, dumping garbage out on the street, right in front of their houses it is their way of celebrating their uniqueness.

Hispanic youth, in free time from pushing drugs, enjoys driving cars with primitive tunes playing loudly inside, so that the whole neighborhood can also appreciate their uniqueness, even when this takes place in the middle of night, when other people are trying to sleep. Apparently, ordinary Americans have a much different opinion about multiculturalism, which is being showed up their throats by self-appointed guardians of public morality. In short they associate it with existential rudeness, which explains the fact why prices for real estate in White neighborhoods drop drastically, once Hispanic of Black family moves in. It is not a secret that the concept of politeness is closely related to the concept of culture. In its turn, peoples cultural refinement derives out of their ability to operate with abstract categories, which is genetically predetermined.

We can spend a lot of time and money, while trying to teach immigrant from Somalia or Jamaica how to properly hold silverware in his hands, during the course of having a meal, but we will not succeed, because it will prove to be impossible to explain to him why does he need to adjust his behavior to socially acceptable norms in the first place, since the rate of his IQ is in the range from 70 to 85. Therefore, the concept of rudeness cannot be referred to as something that has universal properties. For example, in Haiti, it is perfectly natural for the people to consider the streets they live on as one big public toilet. When some of them manage to sneak into U. S. , they begin to celebrate diversity by treating streets in American towns in the same way, they used to back in their own country. Therefore, it is quite explainable why many people in America suggest that our society is becoming increasingly rude.

However, the deterioration of public morality has nothing to do with people being improperly educated on the subject of ethics, in places of public learning, as some nave citizens suggest, but with the fact that peoples biological essence is being gradually corrupted, because they are now subjected to racial mixing. In his article Why are People Becoming Ruder in Public? , Evan Maloney wonders: Could there be any other primary reason for a society growing steadily less polite than a lack of parental authority in matters of civility? (Maloney). To this we can say yes, there is such a reason. Apparently, Western states are now slowly turning into the countries of Third World, because of being invaded by hordes of illegal aliens, who, instead of striving to integrate into society, create their own societies, within a society, for the purpose of exploiting a host nation. There is nothing new about this process. For example, the downfall of Roman Empire came as a result of Romans becoming unaware of what the concept of culture stands for, because of being slowly deprived of their racial purity.

This prevented them from putting up an effective resistance against raging barbarians, because, while celebrating diversity, Romans turned into barbarians themselves. In racially homogeneous countries, such as Island, Ukraine or Poland, it is perfectly safe for the parents to leave their children playing unattended in cities parks for hours. In America, if parent leaves an unattended child in public place, for even as little as one minute, the chances are that this kid is going to be physically or sexually abused, within a matter of an instant. For this we can thank the insane pushers of left-wing agenda, who succeeded in turning this country into Lewis Carroll's wonderland, where the rules of reason do not apply. Thus, we can say that it is the promotion of neo-Liberalism that robs societies of their integrity and results in rudeness becoming quite common in public places. Bibliography: 1.
