The venture I would like to start is a home-based accounting business. My business would be called Mc Counting. Mc Counting will analyze and interpret the financial and economic activities of a business as well as home owners personal activities. Mc Counting would solve many other entrepreneur's problems by eliminating the stress of the financial aspects of their business. My business would also solve regular home owners the headaches and hassles they may have come income tax time. My business would also take advantage of people's actual wants and needs because people want convenience and simplicity rather than endless hours of number crunching.

The entrepreneurial characteristics I poses include the following: perceptive, imaginative, very persistent, hard working, goal setting, self confident, very flexible, and extremely independent. I am perceptive because when I am faced with problems I love the challenges and opportunities that arise from them. I am imaginative because I get visions of what I want the outcome of the problem to look like, and then I create it or produce new ideas to improve it. I am persistent because I never give up on things, no matter what the circumstances were.
I stick with my ideas until I have tried everything to make the problem better. If I have come to a dead end with my idea, I change my idea and start again until it does work. I am a goal setter because once I have completed or on the verge of completing my first goal I create another one and challenge myself even harder than the first time. I am hard working because being perceptive, persistent, and goal setting do not come with little or not work, they come with the hardest, most complex work, this to me is hark working. I am self confident because I believe in myself, and I believe I can do anything I put my mind to no matter how hard it is or how much work it will take, I believe I can do it. I am flexible because I can adapt to changes rather quickly, and I look at them as a challenge to overcome.
I am independent because I don't like to have to rely on other people to get things done, I like to have control of the decisions. I like to do everything myself and not have to deal with other people incumbencies, laziness, and lack of interest, skills or knowledge. My entrepreneurial qualities would lead to a successful venture because i poses a lot of the qualities that are necessary to have a successful business. The reason you need to poses entrepreneurial qualities is because a successful business isn't handed to you on a silver platter, you need to work really hard to achieve that.
Also to achieve that successful business that you desire you need to be a risk taker because if you aren't you " ll never take the risk of getting into having your own business in the first place. Second of all you need to be perceptive because when you " re faced with problems you need to welcome them as opportunities or challenges if you don't solve the problem, it won't go away which will hinder your business. Thirdly, you should be curious as to know how things work, if you are not curious then you " ll never know how things happen or why they even do happen. Fourthly, you need to be imaginative because you have to imagine solutions to problems and create new product or generate new ideas. Fifthly, you need to be persistant, if you are not persistant than you are going to give up on your business before it even starts.
Sixthly, you should be a goal setter, if you are not a goal setter or you don't have any goals then you won't have any determination to keep your business alive, running and successful. Seventh, you definitly need to be hard working because a successful business doesn't get handed to you on a silver platter, you need to work extremely hard to build a successful business. Eighthly, you need to have self confidence because if you dont believe in yourself then why would anyone else? You need to be there encouraging yourself to go on ever step of the way. You must believe in your ideas, and if you don't how are you going to convince other to? You simple can't!

You need to be independent to make you own decisions and take control of your business. All of these qualities are needed to have a successful business because without one of these qualities your business might fall apart. I believe my venture should win because i have a clear image of what my business would look like. I also think that my venture should win because people are always looking for convenience in their life. My venture would also be good for people who are not skilled in mathematics or for people who don't have the time to do their own.
