In the American legal system you are said to be innocent until proven guilty. In Barry Winston's Stranger Than True he states, what about a situation in which all evidence seems to point to a persons guilt. Barry Winston may have found it harder to believe his client was innocent when the evidence pointed in the other direction. In the American legal system the accused are guilty until proven innocent. Winston believes that the case is over because of outstanding evidence against his client. Holloway tells the court that the car was upside down when he pulled the bodies out, and confirmed that it wasnt the kid who was driving.
