I didnt like the fact that the book only mentioned and studied successful businesses. Every business they talked about portrayed the business that starts off ruff and comes through in a big way, such as Ben and Jerry's Homemade Inc. and Patagonia Inc. All these business put faith in being more environmentally friendly and charity-giving and were rewarded. It doesnt talk about businesses who did the same and failed so the book is somewhat bias and I think that is a weakness. The book should have included some examples of business that have failed and studied why they did not succeed.
