1. How would you go about teaching a child about death? To explain death to a young child is hard in many ways. They may not comprehend what death is and might not realize that the person or thing they love is not coming back. Almost every child deals with death at one point or another. It might be a hamster, rabbit, dog, even a loved relative or friend that died.
To some, death might seem like a long game of hide and go seek game, in which, youll never find the person. To teach a child about death is a tough situation. You have to sit them down and talk to them and listen to any questions they might have. You might want to give out examples of a situation where their dog or other pet or relative might have died. They may feel that they didnt do all that they wanted to, that they didnt live life up to their expectations, or that they never got to see their children have children. After or right before someone dies youd probably feel depressed. You might walk around endlessly just hoping for a miracle. Your insides might feel as if theyve been ripped apart from your body and that you have no point in living any more. Sometimes everything that used to make you happy will no longer make you happy.
Days might seem to take years to pass, and you sit there crying in a dark corner. Grieving over a lost one is normal, but may seem like the end. You might cry for days on end and just walk around aimlessly. You dont want to believe in your heart that theyre gone, but your mind knows that they are.
All of the feelings inside of you add up and the tears stream like rivers down your cheeks. Then finally you accept that fact that theyre dead. For the receiver it gives them a chance to live longer or have a healthier life. It gives them the chance to do things that they might not have been able to do before. For the donator it may give them the rewarding feeling of helping others. Although them are some of the good things that organ donations have, there is also a bad side to it.
The receivers body might reject the organ that is donated to them. Which would cause them to be in worse shape than before. In the donator's position they might become ill from not having that organ. As you can see there are some reverse effects on both the receiver and the donator. A positive that may come with the organ would be the family. The family of the receiver would have the chance to see their loved one longer, and see them have a happier life. 7.
Explain the positive and negative effects on Euthanasia and Mercy Killing? Euthanasia and Mercy Killing may seem wrong, but there is a good side to it. At the point where a person has nothing to live for and all they can feel is pain and they " re suffering, Euthanasia would be the right thing to do. The person would just spend day after day waiting to die, why not put an end to it?
Not only would it put that person out of their misery, it would also put the family and friends out of the pain of seeing their friend or loved one hurt. On the other side, Euthanasia is wrong. If Euthanasia is misused and used for the wrong situation its not right. Misuse of Euthanasia should be, or is considered suicide.
Only if necessary should Euthanasia be considered. At times where you dont know what is right to do and you resort to Euthanasia to help a person end their suffering you may feel guilt. Guilt that you have killed a person or loved one. On the upside you know that their suffering is ended and that they are in a better place. Euthanasia should only be used as an end for the people who are really ill and have nothing left to live for and who want to die. 9.
How would you use the helping process if your friend has lost a loved one? During the time when a loved one is lost, everyone needs someone to talk to and express their feeling to. The greatest help is your friends and family. Theyre there for you, theyre someone you can trust, and mainly they are someone that can relate to how youre feeling. For the person that is going through the loss of a loved one it may be a difficult time for them. To be alone during this time may cause them to go into depression and even more grieving.
